Originally from Cody, Wyoming, Kennedy Sarah Corr is a soon-to-be graduate of the University of Wyoming with a bachelor's degree in Vocal Performance. Her experience covers a wide range of styles including Solo Classical, Choral Classical, Musical Theater, Worship, and Jazz. During her time at the University of Wyoming she was a member of the top ensemble, Collegiate Chorale, where she was occasionally a featured soloist, she is a two-time NATS finalist, and performed various roles in the University’s Opera Theatre program. Kennedy was frequently a part of the Cody Community Theatre program in Cody, WY where her most recent roles include Grace Farrell in Annie, The Witch in Into the Woods, and The Dragon in Shrek: The Musical.
Kennedy was also frequently behind the scenes of Cody Community Theatre as music director for 9-5: The Musical and Assistant Director for The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Additionally, she was the Assistant Coach for Cody High School’s drama club where she assistant directed multiple plays and musicals over the span of 3 years.
After her graduation in 2026 Kennedy looks forward to returning to her hometown to assistant direct Cinderella as the inaugural production of the Powell Community Theatre. She then plans to relocate to the greater Chicago, IL area to pursue contemporary music performance and musical theater opportunities.
